Super Hero Comes to Visit!
We had a very special super hero visit our class today! She flew in to tell us about the upcoming Bookfair! There are lots of super cool books, make sure to come in to take a look. You just might run into the super hero of BOOKS!

Week of Nov. 1-5
Math: Perimeter and beginning lessons on the concept of multiplication
Reading: Continuing lessons on different types of comprehension questions. We have learned about “Right There” and “Think and Search” questions. This week we include “Author and Me” and “Own My Own” questions.
Writing: Continuing lessons that focus on learning about adding details to writing. We will also learn how to write leads that really grap our reader!
Social Studies: Beginning a unit on government. The first lessons focus on how communities meet their needs
